Melissa joined the Firm in 2004 as a litigation and family law clerk. Over the past two decades, her career has evolved to include specializing in family law, leading the Firm’s Family Law Team, and ultimately overseeing the Firm’s operations as Chief Executive Officer. She is proud to have been part of the Firm’s growth and development and remains committed to supporting its continued success.
Melissa is also an Ontario Association for Family Mediation (OAFM) accredited family mediator. She offers private mediation services designed to help families resolve disputes in a respectful and constructive manner. Since 2025, she has also served as a roster mediator with Four Counties Family Mediation, assisting families in reaching practical, child-focused agreements outside of the courtroom.
